Detailed itinerary of 7 Days Samburu, Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara Safari
Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu National Reserve
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be welcomed by our guide and transfer to Samburu National Reserve.
On arrival you will head to your lodge for lunch, later go for an afternoon game drive spotting animals such as lions, leopards, reticulated giraffe, elephants, long necked gerenuk antelope, Grevy’s zebra and Beisa Oryx among others. After the game drive you will head back to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 2: Full day in Samburu National Reserve
Have morning breakfast and head to the reserve for a full day of game drive that is morning and afternoon game drive with your packed lunch, Samburu national reserve is perched on the banks of Ewaso Nyiro River hosting a variety of wildlife such as elephant, leopards, long-necked gerenuk, antelope, Beisa Oryx, reticulated giraffe among others which you will encounter during the full day of exploring the reserve. Your lunch will be served along the banks of the river and in the afternoon go for another game drive, after the experience you will head back to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 3 – Samburu – Nairobi – Lake Naivasha
Have breakfast at your lodge, checkout and transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled flight to Nairobi with your picnic lunch, when you land at Wilson airport you will connect to the scheduled flight to Naivasha and on your arrival you will be picked up by your safari driver guide and go for a boat trip on Lake Naivasha.
Lake Naivasha is one of the great birding spots in Kenya famous for huge populations of lesser and greater flamingoes, on the boat trip you will spot a number of animals such as lions, warthogs, hippos and birds such as pelicans, cormorants and shoe bills among others.

Day 4 – Lake Naivasha – Maasai Mara
Have breakfast and drive to Maasai Mara national reserve, on your way you will visit the Naivasha Ebony Curio Emporium the largest of its kind in the world. The Emporium has some of the best art work that can be purchased at factory prices then drive to Masai Mara National Reserve arriving in time for lunch which you will enjoy after check-in.

Have breakfast and head to the reserve for a full day of game drive participating in morning and afternoon game drive with picnic lunch, during the game drive you will explore the savannah plains of the reserve and spot a number of animals such as lions, elephants, cape buffaloes, cheetahs, wildebeests, zebras, elands, gazelles and many birds. You will have picnic lunch set along the banks of Mara River or at any picnic site in the reserve, as a full day of exploring you will head back to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 7 – Masai Mara – Nairobi
Have morning breakfast, checkout and transfer to Nairobi. You will be dropped off at the airport for your departure flight back home
